Requirements for Tourist Visa

*  Passport (valid beyond the intended period of stay).

*  03 Pictures (Passport size - white Background)
*  ID Card

*  Bank Statement Last 06 Months & Account Maintaining Letter

*  Air Ticket

*  Confirmed Hotel Reservation (Invitation letter from confirmed Hotel, directly faxed to Embassy from hotel)

*  Visa Requesting Letter on Official Letterhead

*  Nikkah Nama & English Translation (if Married)

*  B Form (if Kids Traveling)

*  School Cards/Letter from School (if Kids are Traveling)

*  FRC & MRC (Kindly keep it readily available, Consulate may ask for it anytime)

*  Copy of Credit Cards (if any)

*  Affidavit from head of the family (if he is not traveling) to permit travel to rest of the family members
