*  Original National Passport with validity should not less than 08 months. All Previous Passports.* Passport, valid until at least 08 Months (Previous Passports also – if any Passport is lost, provide FIR)

* 2 Photos with White Back Ground (5x5 cm)

* Bank Statement (Last 06 Months) / Account Maintaining Letter

* Proof of Job (e.g Job Letter) or Proof of Business

* Airline Confirmed Itinerary

* Confirmed Hotel Booking

* Covering Letter addressing Visa Officer

* NTN/ Income Tax Returns

* B Form (if Kids Traveling)

* School Cards/Letter from School (if Kids are Traveling)

* FRC & MRC (Kindly keep it readily available, Consulate may ask for it anytime)

* Copy of Credit Cards (if any)

* Polio Certificate

* Travel Insurance

* Salary Slips

Visa Fees + Handling charges   :               Rs. 58,000/-

For Those who hold Valid Schengen ,USA , Ireland or UK Visa :               Rs. 22,000/-

Submission Day & Time :   Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Collection Day & Time :   Monday to Friday 1:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Ramadan Submission Day & Time :   Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Ramadan Collection Day & Time :   Monday to Friday 1:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Processing time:     30 working days minimum.
